Another actor that may have already been considered to portray Brian is James McAvoy. He played Robbie Turner in the Academy Award nominated movie, "Atonement." He was born on April 21, 1979 in Glasgow, Scotland. If James McAvoy has not been considered to portray Brian Epstein, I make this suggestion.
He actually had no inclination towards acting until film director David Hayman visited his school and gave pupils a talk. James was instantly intrigued and took his opportunity to ask for work experience. Four month later, Hayman called and offered James an actual audition which he won, and it led to his first part in the thriller "The Near Room". That was 1995.
Having done "a few bits and bobs" of acting through the years, he also auditioned for the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and was one of the few lucky people who got accepted. After graduating from drama school, he has not stopped working since.
He is another suggestion to play the part of Brian Epstein.

Wow, it almost looks like he's got " attached earlobes" like Brian was born with! ...and that's a REEAALLL good reason for him to play Brian! Hahaha j/k! I'm impressed with McAvoy's looks, even though, so far, nobody's looks impresses me as much as John Simm's. I wonder if McAvoy can latch onto the Eppy upper-crusty hybrid accent ~ because boy, does he ever have a brogue in real life! Good suggestion, yerblues.
