As you could no doubt tell from this old post, I had my serious doubts about Maggi Hambling doing a sculpture of Brian.
However, I am truly amused and amazed by this tentative treat for Liverpool's visitors and residents.
So, I hope they approve and enable it in the next year or so.
And, just as importantly, I hope its location will be in a heavily-traveled area in Liverpool's city centre.
Otherwise, what's the point?
