THE BEATLES BOX OF VISION
The Box of Vision is an attractive 13" x 13" x 3" linen-covered coffee table box designed to hold Beatles CDs and booklets. It contains a storage system that holds up to 32 CDs and their accompanying booklets. The box also contains two 12" x 12" books. One has the complete album art from the U.K. and U.S. Beatles albums, including the full 24-page booklet from Magical Mystery Tour. The other book details the U.K. and U.S. albums, providing the release dates, list of songs and text by Bruce Spizer. The project was conceived, produced and directed by Jonathan Polk, a former chief operating officer of Capitol Records. This product will be available in August.

If you are contacting us about a specific transaction please try to include as much specific information as possible, such as transaction # and transaction date, what items were on the order and the total amount paid.
What if I have a problem with something I buy?
Simply put, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, just return it within 60 days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund of the item's purchase price.
Resolution will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (including any applicable sales taxes but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned within 60 days of the date we ship the item to you. Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error.
Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser. Recipients of a gift as designated in the ship-to address of the order may exchange returned items only for other items of equal or lesser value. Refunds cannot be issued to anyone other than the original purchaser.

What if I want to cancel an order once it's been placed?
We try to ship every order as soon as possible, so we may or may not be able to cancel an order that you have placed before it ships to you. If you do want to change or cancel your order once it's been placed, please contact customer service at boxofvision@ordering.com.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
We charge shipping and handling fees based on the number of items you have ordered and offer three levels of service to meet your needs.
STANDARD SHIPPING is sent via FedEx SmartPost and orders on in-stock items usually arrive in 4-6 business days. Fees are $12.00 for your first item and $5.50 for every additional item.
RUSH SHIPPING is sent via FedEx and orders on in-stock items usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Fees are $20.00 for your first item and $9.00 for every additional item.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING is sent via FedEx Standard Overnight (delivery by 3PM) and orders on in-stock items ordered by noontime on a business day usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Fees are $33.00 for your first item and $12.00 for every additional item.
CANADA STANDARD SHIPPING Ships via FedEx Ground Canada. Orders on in-stock items usually take 2-3 weeks. Duties, fees, and taxes by Canadian Customs could cost up to $20 per package. Flat rate of $25.00, plus $8.00 per additional item.
CANADA EXPEDITES is sent via FedEx International Economy. Orders on in-stock items usually take 2-4 business days. Tracking confirmation number is provided. Duties, fees, and taxes by Canadian Customs could cost up to $20 per package. Fees are a flat rate of $50.00, plus $17.00 per additional item.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
When your place an order online, you'll get an e-mail confirming your order with item availability and an expected ship date. Then you'll get another e-mail when the order is actually shipped which will include a delivery service confirmation number.
