A photograph from Ringo Starr's 1981 wedding which shows the two other remaining ex-Beatles and their wives is part of an exhibition on the changing idea of the family.
The ex-Beatle married The Spy Who Loved Me star Bach in April 1981, less than six months after John Lennon was shot dead.
It was Bach's second marriage - she separated from her first husband, an Italian businessman called Augusto Gregorini, in 1975.
Also pictured are Sir Paul McCartney and his first wife Linda and George Harrison and his second wife, Mexican-born Olivia Trinidad Arias.
While Sir Paul remained married to Linda until her death from cancer in 1998, he went on to marry again.
The image, from the National Portrait Gallery, is currently at Museums Sheffield as part of the NPG's touring exhibition Family Album.
Other photographs include one of the designer Dame Vivienne Westwood and her granddaughter Cora Corré, and Sir Winston Churchill with his wife and grandchildren.
There is also a painting of the Elizabethan explorer and courtier Sir Walter Ralegh and his son Walter, by an unknown artist, and a Van Dyck of King Charles I with his five children.
A spokesman for Museums Sheffield said: "Family Album brings together highlights from the National Portrait Gallery's collections to examine how family life has been represented by artists over the centuries.
"The exhibition examines how notions of family have altered following significant developments such as divorce and civil partnerships."
