He's a Welsh actor, wavy dark brown hair and eyes, 5'11", he played Oscar Wilde's gay lover John Gray in the 1997 movie "Wilde" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120514/) and a gay in "Very Annie Mary" but he's probably better known as Mr. Fantastic from "Fantastic 4" or Horatio Hornblower from the A&E "Hornblower" series.

He was also in 'Titanic' as 5th officer Lowe (the man who finds Rose at the end). That's where I know him from. Great suggestion! Mr. Gruffudd is only 34, and I think he'd make a nice Brian. He's currently filming some movie called 'W,' as Tony Blair. Wonder if he'd be too well known now?
